Case Study! Fleischmann Model Train

This Model Train undercarriage was brought in for replication as the existing component is no longer manufactured. The train undercarriage was scanned, measured and modelled. Following this; prototypes A, B, and C were printed using the MSLA Machines. With each iteration, the tolerances improved until the final piece matched the tolerances of the initial component. The 3D printed Poly Urethane composite is none other than Monocure's TENSILE resin.
