Case study! Custom agricultural hose barbs

The Client came to us with a request to manufacture some hose barbs at a size that wasn't available on the market. After several iterations and design changes, the product achieved over 100 psi during a live test. After this success other variations in length were made to route pipework. The composite used in this case was ASA in both blue and black and was vapor treated to ensure a water tightness.
